How it works
1. Send your logo, message & 6–10 photos
You’ll share your logo, brand colours (if you have them), your Christmas message, plus 6–10 good-quality photos. For Premium, you can also send short video clips or user-generated content.
If your message needs a little polish, I’ll help tighten it (within reason).
2. Choose your package & style
Pick Basic, Standard or Premium, depending on what you need:

- Standard – warm and friendly
- Premium – more conversational, perfect for a Year-in-Review
3. Receive your finished video in three working days or less
Once I have everything I need, I’ll edit your video and send you a 1080p HD MP4 via a download link – ready for social, email, your website and presentations.

All prices are in GBP and there’s no VAT to pay.
Outside the UK, your card will be charged in your local currency at the current exchange rate. All payments are via Stripe, so you know your payments are safe and you’re covered in the (unlikely) event I don’t deliver.

Year-in-Review highlights with voiceover
Designed for businesses that want to mark the year properly and show what they’ve achieved.
- 45–60 seconds
- Year-in-Review highlights – key moments, wins, milestones
- Music (stock or AI-generated), chosen to suit your brand and tone
- Voiceover encouraged – either:
- Your own recorded voice file, or
- A natural-sounding AI voice (I’ll demo options)
- AI-generated and/or stock footage, plus user-generated content where appropriate
- Horizontal & vertical formats included (great for LinkedIn and Stories/Reels)
- Up to 3 revisions
- Delivered as 1080p HD MP4 files via download link
Revisions & how to get the best result
To keep your project smooth and on time, each package includes a set number of revisions:
- Basic – 1 revision
- Standard – up to 2 revisions
- Premium – up to 3 revisions
Revisions are intended for small changes, such as:
- Minor text edits
- Swapping a couple of photos
- Tweaking timing or music volume
If you give a clear brief and send finalised copy and your best photos up front, you’ll almost always get what you want within the included revisions.
If you need extra changes beyond that, no problem –
additional revisions are £50 each.
Deadlines, availability & delivery
- Delivery time: within three working days from when I receive all your assets (logo, message, photos, and choices).
- Last order date for pre-Christmas delivery: 18:00 Friday 19th December (GMT/UTC).
- I also reserve the right to close orders earlier if my schedule fills up. Once I’m fully booked, that’s it for this year.
You’ll receive:
- A 1080p HD MP4 file (or two files for Premium, horizontal and vertical)
- Delivered via a secure download link

Music licensing
All music I use is fully licensed for online use, so you can post your video on your website, social media and in email campaigns without worry.Images and logos
Please only send photos, logos and other assets that you own the rights to or are allowed to use. Higher-resolution images will always look better in the final video.Refunds
Because this is bespoke work, once I’ve started editing your video, the order is non-refundable.AI usage
AI-generated visuals and voices are used only where they improve the video. If you’d rather avoid AI, just say so in your brief and I’ll stick to stock footage and your own content.
